Choosing an all-purpose flour
If you want one bag for most of your baking, these are the flours to look at. They are versatile Tipo 00 and Tipo 0 flours that handle pizza, bread, focaccia and everyday cakes.
Strength decides where each one shines. Medium flours lean toward cakes, pasta and quick breads. Strong flours, such as Mariani Manitaly and Caputo Chef's, lean toward pizza and bread and can still make a good cake.
If you mostly bake one thing, the dedicated pages will have a better match.
