It was my first time making panettone with pasta madre. Pasini panettone flour gave me great gluten development and my panettone rose wonderfully and result was delicious. Will definitely order more when it’s in stock. Great company with fast shipping!

Perfect for pandoro and panettone

The molino flour made a huge difference, the doughs rose beautifully. The dough had a nice smooth silky texture. Both the pandoro and panettone turned out perfect. The baked goods had a lovely fluffy, light, moist mouthfeel they were delicious. I can’t imagine making panettone and pandoro without this flour. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
