Our 60-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're happy to accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods such as flour, dry goods, and other grocery items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, please contact us at service@brickovenbaker.com with the details of your order, including the order number, your full name. Also the additional details of which items you would like to return, reason for return, and the condition of the items. This allows us to more quickly process your request and avoids back and forth emails. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. You can either (1) use your preferred shipping method, (2) request a prepaid shipping label from us. If you choose this option, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
