Making homemade pasta with Antimo Caputo 00 Pasta Fresca E Gnocchi will change what you think of pasta. It creates amazing ravioli too. The flour has a high protein content and makes an awesome noodle. The 00 flour gives the resulting pasta a silky smooth feel.
Antimo Caputo 00 Pasta Fresca E Gnocchi is a made from soft white wheat, like all of the other 00 flours from Caputo. This is in contrast with most other pasta flours, made from durum wheat (semolina).
If you like the taste of semolina, many recipes will call for a blend of soft white wheat and hard (durum) semolina wheat. We offer a reground semolina (Caputo Semola Rimacinata) which is finer than other semolina flours on the market.

This flour made delicious and light pasta! I can't get enough of it, and you can't beat the price!
Used 00 pasta flour to make dough for ravioli it rolled out perfectly and the ravioli were delicious. Will buy again definitely.
I have been using this flour for a while now making homemade pasta. All the boxed pasta and other flours cause gut issues. The Caputo flour is well worth the money and absolutely no gut issues or feeling bloated like others
