Flour is top notch, consistent and worth the extra money. Packed in box perfectly. Only thing I would change is the shipping. Shipping was free but it took forever to arrive.

My family is had and we have tried many GF pizza dough recipes. This flour allows you to create a pizza crust that most people would believe live to be a great glutinous pizza crust.
I used the Caputo pizzeria 00 flour to make pizza dough for my pizza oven. I’m happy with the results and will use this in place of the red label I used when baking pizzas in my home oven. I ordered 8 bags of this flour. They arrived in the original bags, well packaged for shipping and days before the stated delivery date. I will definitely order from this business again.
