Great Product

Caputo pizza flour is the best . I have used several OO flours and none compare. Happy to have Brick Oven back in action ,Great Company! I have ordered from them for years.

The best pizza yet!

Hi, This was the best pizza I have made in a long time. I used 2 cups and found that it was too much flour. The next time I will cut it back for my 15" pizza.
I cook it on my round gas grill and use a couple of Super Stone and a Mr V
silicon mat. I can't get that any more. My pizza turned out wonderfully. I had a problem in the email with the radio button for 5 starts, so I rated it here. TNX //... Joe

Clean good flour

Good flour, but have potassium 43 mg. In US the potassium gets into the flour and sugar and produce by many hundreds of mg. And nobody put that on the label. It is legal. Potassium is the third and the last ingredient used in the lethal injections administered to the inmates in dead row. A certain amount (around 7 mg) Stops the Heart. That's why you will see higher and higher amounts in all processed and pantry foods, as well in produce. If you are lucky, you will see on the potatoes' 10 lbs bags mentioned no less than 650 mg of potassium. They aim to kill us by all these hundreds of potassium accumulated in our bodies on a daily basis, especially if you are addicted to processed foods. I know I can't consume any sugar found in US because of that, it make me very sick and when I make juice, it has a nasty tick foam from so much potassium they put in the sugar.
Brickovenbacker, please do not increase the amount of potassium in your flour, and please do not add more potassium in your flour without mentioning on their label. Do not sold your soul to darkness for money ;like all others did.
