The Molino Piantoni Mille Ricette Tipo 00 flour is really good. I made a Pant Leg Calzone with it and it came out great. The texture of the finished product was soft and flavorful. I bought several different brands and it will be difficult to narrow it down...I guess I'll just have to rotate them all!
