The Trilogy set is your compact masterclass in Italian extra virgin olive oil—three 100 ml bottles selected from the estate’s signature range (selections may vary by harvest) so you can compare fruitiness, bitterness and pepper across styles.

What’s inside: one bottle each of LaFonte (multivarietal) & Cabianca (organic), and Maurino extra virgin olive oils, curated to showcase contrasting nuances. Each bottle is 100 ml (3.4 fl oz).

Taste profiles:

• LaFonte — elegant structure with notes of fresh greens and almond; balanced bitter-pepper finish. 

• Cabianca Organic — vibrant green aroma, medium fruitiness, clean herbaceous notes and a delicate peppery close.

• Maurino — complex vegetal texture, strong aroma, and floral hints.

Olives are cold-extracted within ~6 hours of picking to preserve phenolics, aroma and very low acidity.
