After former failures with my pizza making, I gambled and made a triple batch of pizza dough after reviewing several YouTube videos and researching the best flour to use. This flour is 5 Star! I made the best pizza ever! The crust was perfect! Rose beautifully, with perfect puffiness, golden and chewy. I first ordered Caputos 00 on Amazon, then found BrickOven to have a better price. I ordered 8 bags and look forward to making lots of great pizza and will keep buying Caputos flour from Brick Oven.
