Love the flour, but the packaging could be better. Two corners of the box were split open the top was reinforced with "fragile tape". The bags inside were intact.
That is the only flour I used for bread and cakes! I wish it was cheaper but I found it cheaper than any other place on Brickovenbaker.
So glad I found BrickOvenBaker!!! Their price on Caputo Fioreglut beats any I've seen, transaction was fast and easy. Happy to support small businesses, encouraging everyone in my network to head over and buy their flour here too!!
This is the only GF flour that makes bread that tastes like BREAD. Have been buying it on line from Amazon, but their prices are getting ridiculous. So very hapy I found BrickOvenBaker!! Service was fast and shipping was free on my order.
My Dad has been highly sensitive to gluten for well over a decade now and is always on the search for high quality flour. I bought a couple bags for him recently and he was blown away! It's easily moved up to one of his favorites for bread and he still has so many ways to try it.
Coming from someone not so sensitive to gluten, I've tried MANY of the breads my Dad has made and the majority just don't have the consistency that I'm used to. The first loaf that my Dad made was already much lighter and almost fluffier but his second loaf was definitely one of the best of his that I've tried.
Even when my kids hear 'Opa's bread', they usually sour face and run away but after convincing them both to try it this one, they at least finished their bite without spitting it out haha
