Excellent products, fantastic service!

I recently found your shop and love supporting a Virginia business. The FioreGlut gluten free flour works well in my wood-fired oven and makes a great tasting pizza crust for my gluten free friends. I also use the same recipe to make communion bread for my church.

Problem with rising

I do kike this product but having a lot of trouble getting the dough to rise. Just don’t know what the issue is! Help!!!!

Enjoying bread again!

After more than a decade of being gluten-intolerant and not finding bread as I remember it (cardboard isn’t my favorite flavor!), I was pleased to find Caputo GF Flour FioreGlut.

Soft, great tasting bread is back. I’ve had some “happy accidents” after not making bread for so long, but they’re tasty and I’m enjoying baking again.

Artisan bread - gluten free flour

I didn't realize how much I missed Italian bread until now. It's been years since I had such delicious bread. The Caputo gluten free flour made a perfect loaf of delicious bread. LOL - I ate half a loaf in 1 day. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick.

Fantastic

I’m just beginning to experiment with Caputo flour. My pizza dough is delicious. I like this flour much better for making pizza dough than any of the other gluten free flours I have tried so far. It’s different to work with than traditional dough, so I was glad to find tips and recipes on the internet to help me along, but this is a wonderful product. I can’t wait to bake all my favorite breads and rolls again! This flour is fantastic!
