It is HARD to get certain Italian ingredients and in the quantities I need. I do a pizza pop up and curated dinners, I usually need to make 20-30 pizzas per event and usually I pay more for 50 pound bags, plus shipping. But these 5kg bags are awesome. They allow me to just order a bag or two per event, great for my needs. If you run a bigger operation you’d most likely need 50 pound bags but for me this is perfect. Thank you!
