Been using caputo 00 flour for a long time it’s great flour.For making napolatana style pizza it’s as good as it gets.It took a little longer to arrive but that’s ok it’s worth the wait

I have been making egg pasta for almost 50 years now and have never used anything but un bleached all-purpose flour. I have been making pasta and focaccia for the last two weeks non-stop! I cannot believe the difference that the Caputo flour makes.
