Best flour I’ve ever worked with

I’ve been making sourdough pizzas for the last few years and always had a hard time getting the right dough spring and stretching was always challenging not to tear in the dough. This flour makes it so easy to get consistent excellent results that look like the pizzas I ate in Italy. It’s a dream to work with and a dream to stretch and bake. 100% will be purchasing again

Petra is one of my favorite flours in general. The pizza flour in particular is a guarantee of a good result. I used it for Pizza in teglia and the result was very good. Let me thank you for your effort to bring special flours into the US. Now you will be my only supplier of flours.
