Caputo Manitoba

I was familiar with the flour, because five years ago I was purchasing the Caputo 00 for making Neapolitan pizza. But I was never been able to finally do it. When I searched for high protein flour your name always popped up and you have a very appropriate name for a flour shop. I decided to make the purchase even though the minimum quantity of 8 kilos was not what I wanted. I was extremely happy and overjoyed by the results I got out of my very first focaccia and I have the pictures to prove it. And the Manitoba flour takes all the credit. I am a customer for life and all is due to you and your company. Thanks a million. Keep it up.

Caputo Manitoba Oro Flour Tipo 0

The best flour I have used so far is Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0. I recently made both ciabatta and sourdough bread with it, and I have to say that it surpasses all the flour I’ve used in the past. The results are beautiful, and the taste and texture are superb. I'm not sure if I'll ever bake with American flour again; I feel spoiled by the quality of Caputo. Despite the fact that my previous flour was claimed to be organic, it doesn't come close to the quality of Caputo.
