Nolano Pacchetelle di Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP (950g/2.1lb)

The "pacchetella", made with 'Piennolo Del Vesuvio' DOP cherry tomatoes is a preserve traditional of the Vesuvius's park in the Naples area. 

With a thick skin, these tomatoes can ripen for several months while remaining fresh. The "pacchetella", made with these special tomatoes, is simply hand-picked ripened tomato fillets, pressed by hand in the jar.

These bright red tomatoes are wonderful on pizza, in any pasta preparation, and just plain heavenly on a thick slice of bread or bruschetta.
