Sette Effe 2.0 is Mulino Marino’s organic, stone-ground Multicereali & Multisemi blend, made with wholegrain flours and seeds for a fragrant, rustic dough and a richly textured crumb.
What it’s made of: a natural mix of wholemeal flours including soft wheat, durum wheat, spelt, rye, corn, rice, buckwheat, plus seeds such as flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and millet.
Best uses: rustic loaves, seeded breads, rolls, grissini, crackers, and flavourful doughs where you want a “multi-grain” character (also works blended with stronger white flour for higher volume).
I’ve made the same loaf of bread about 5-6 times in the past month because of this flour! It had such an amazing flavor and texture and it’s really nice that it’s organic too!

I made a loaf of bread with this flour and mixed it with some AP flour from brickovenbaker and it came out so amazingly and delicious that I ate half the loaf in one day! I’m now definitely going to be making more and I just want ten of these bags! Even just the smell of the flour is so heavenly and fresh, it’s fantastic!
