PandiSempre (“bread of always”) is Mulino Marino’s do-it-all organic flour blend—made for everything from savoury to sweet. It’s produced by natural stone milling of carefully selected organic soft wheat, organic spelt (farro) and Enkir (Triticum monococcum), blended to create a single flour that works across everyday baking.
Because of its mixed-grain composition, it’s especially popular for pizza and focaccia (including Ligurian focaccia), plus breadsticks, bread, and general-purpose baking when you want more aroma and character than a standard white flour.
