Il Rigatone is Mulino Marino’s organic, artisan dried pasta made from a blend of Italian organic durum wheat varieties grown in Sicily, Le Marche, and Oltrepò Pavese—then milled with natural stone “La Fertè” to keep the character of the grain.

• Stone-milled durum wheat (with wheat germ) for deeper wheat aroma and flavor
• Bronze-drawn and slow-dried in Gragnano (NA) for excellent sauce grip and a satisfyingly firm bite
