The HammerSud HammerICE Refrigerated Dough-Breaking Bar is designed to help keep dough cooler and more controlled during mixing. Compatible with HammerSud 8 kg and 12 kg mixers, including HMS8P, HMS8EVO, HMS12P and HMS12EVO, this accessory is ideal for pizza, bread and high-hydration doughs where temperature management is essential.
HammerICE can reach 0°C, helping reduce heat buildup during the kneading process. It is easy to remove and store in the refrigerator between uses, making it a practical upgrade for serious home pizza makers, bakeries and professional kitchens. Built from mirror-polished AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent durability, hygiene and resistance for long-term dough production.
