What’s inside: one bottle each of Cabianca (organic), and Maurino (organic) extra virgin olive oils, curated to showcase contrasting nuances. Each bottle is 100 ml (3.4 fl oz).

Taste profiles:

• Cabianca Organic — vibrant green aroma, medium fruitiness, clean herbaceous notes and a delicate peppery close.

• Maurino — complex vegetal texture, strong aroma, and floral hints.

Olives are cold-extracted within ~6 hours of picking to preserve phenolics, aroma and very low acidity.
