Ciao DOP San Marzano Tomatoes are grown from the historic San Marzano tomato seed, governed and controlled by the Consorzio of San Marzano producers. They are the tomatoes of choice for many well-known pizza chefs around Napoli and worldwide.These San Marzano tomatoes are preserved in San Marzano DOP Tomato Puree that’s been partially evaporated, giving the tomtoes additional flavor. These pulpy tomatoes are ready to be hand-crushed to make traditional neapolitan pizza sauce, or can be mixed with any ingredient to create your own unique one.

i have been using peeled tomatoes for years, always looking for the most flavorful tomatoes to cook with and thus have been tasting all my canned tomatoes before using them. These are by far the best i have ever tasted, and have a really outstanding flavor! sweet and not overly acidic, just a wonderful product.
