Superb!

At Christmas our household as an ongoing tradition of making Stolen. This year we used Agrimontana Candied fruit in our recipe. Oh my, what a delicious treat! We will never make them again without this amazing inclusion of traditional processed Italian candied fruit. A definite reorder next Christmas! Thank You❤️

Homemade panforte

Even though this is described as panettone fruit, I used it to make homemade panforte, which is an Italian dense fruit and nut cake that I've had every Christmas my whole life! I appreciated that this fruit was unsulfured. The panforte turned out excellent and tasted authentic and it didn't have any gluten or preservatives which made me proud to serve my family. Thank you!

Best Candied fruit

This candied fruit mix elevated my panettone to equal that of the best pasticceria in Milan. I haven’t been able to replicate the candied fruit, perhaps because the citron is impossible to come by.
