Gluten Free Mixes
Who said that gluten free pizza can't taste as good as its gluten-containing counterpart? Well, those who do probably haven't tried making pizza with high quality gluten free mixes. Our gluten free mixes make incredible pizza that can rival its gluten-containing counterpart.
Here's our go to recipe:
1 kg Caputo FioreGlut, Signetti Gluten Free, Dallagiovanna Bread/Pizza, or Petra 0001
800 g Water
8-9 g Yeast
20 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
25 g Salt
Mix all ingredients, form into 270 grams balls, pack them tightly, and place them in the fridge for 24 hours to rest. Roll out each pizza leaving a thicker edge.
