Molino Piantoni has been in existence since 1850, long before cars were invented. The mill is now run by the fifth generation of the family, blending heritage and tradition with the latest technology and milling equipment available.

Molino Piantoni uses no additives or technological aids, producing their flours by milling selected, high-quality European soft wheat varieties, blended after milling to provide high consistency.
