Crafted from 100% Whole Grain Italian Wheat, Petra 9HP Stone-Milled Flour is a high-quality, stone-ground general-use flour that is meticulously traced from field to mill. With no mycotoxins, pesticides, or preservatives and never treated with glyphosate, this premium flour is perfect for a variety of baked goods such as bread, leavened pastries, pizza, focaccia, and fresh pasta. Its versatile dough can last up to 16 hours at room temperature (68°F) or up to 48 hours when refrigerated at 40°F. The "HP" version of this flour contains partially sprouted grains, improving fermentation performance of the resulting dough.
