Ideal for the production of panettone, Pandoro and other traditional 'grandi lievitati' / large leavened products. It works beautifully for croissants and other pastries as well.

This flour made a huge improvement to my sourdough starter. The starter is rising faster and higher, and smells amazing. The product arrived quickly, was packaged well, and had a really nice note on it. I will definitely buy from this company again.
I really appreciate the arrangement for express delivery from the team. When i info the team I am flying back to home in 4 days time the arrangement is made without additional charge. I like the quality and price for the flour also when I can’t really get it in my home country.
