The flour comes exclusively from healthy, loyal and commercial cereals on which traditional cleaning and washing is carried out with the relative water purification system in compliance with environmental standards. The flour does not contain foreign substances to wheat and has not undergone artificial bleaching or similar treatments, it is free of additives and technological aids of any nature.
This flour, made from the best selection of soft wheat, is specifically designed for making perfectly crumbly, friable pastries. Ideal for the production of shortcrust pastry, pies, sponge cakes and baked cakes. It is excellent for cookies. The grains selected to produce this flour create a dough that's easy to handle, stays compact, and crumbles beautifully once cooked.
