Simply insert the pins after baking, then flip your panettone onto the counter for easy cooling. With sturdy support, your panettone can cool upside-down without cluttering your kitchen.
Note: these can be inserted both before and after baking. We strongly recommend using these with sturdy cardboard molds (like these ones: high 1kg, high 750gr, low 750gr). Please avoid the thin paper molds if possible as these are extremely difficult to pierce without ruining the dough.

A kit is a pair of left and right pins- enough for 1 panettone. If you plan on baking multiple at a time please select the option for 2 kits (2 panettone) or 4 kits (4 panettone)
