GranEssere Soft Wheat Germ is the highly nutritious heart of the wheat grain, stabilized with Mulino Padano’s natural StabilEasy® steam process to dramatically extend shelf life without additives. This gentle treatment keeps its sweet, toasty aroma and high nutritional value, making it a powerful “booster” for bread, pizza, focaccia, fresh pasta, biscuits and breakfast doughs. The steaming process allows the wheat germ to be used to boost flavor, without damaging the gluten network.
