Mulino Marino Farina Tipo “00” FRESCA BIO is a soft-wheat flour created specifically for fresh and filled pasta. It’s produced from carefully selected Italian organic wheat and milled on cylinders to give a very fine, silky texture that absorbs eggs beautifully and rolls out thin without tearing.
This flour is intended for fresh and stuffed pasta doughs – think tagliatelle, tajarin, ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti. Its fine grind and balanced gluten development help you obtain elastic yet tender sheets, smooth edges on filled shapes, and a glossy, golden finish after cooking.
Made without any bleaching steps and from wheat grown under certified organic agriculture in Italy, it respects both raw material and traditional pasta-making.
