The Only Flour for Yeast Breads

So much better than American GF flour

It is a known fact that in the United States cereal is grown with genetically modified ingredients, pesticides, or who knows what else. I know I can trust what grows in Italy because the laws are strict, and the standards are high, so I would highly recommend this flower to anybody who is baking With gluten-free ingredients. You will notice how fluffier your cakes and breads are if you switch to an Italian brand of flour.
