Round Perforated Pizza Peel (Azzurra line)

This Gi.Metal peel features a neutral anodized head paired with a light blue anodized handle. It is lighter than traditional models yet remains highly durable, thanks to its oval tubular handle that enhances stability. The flexible, ribbed head provides a scraping effect while maintaining strength; the neutral anodizing creates a smooth surface and guards against oxidation. The gently milled surface makes it easier to grip the pizza. The head and handle are securely joined by three large rivets, ensuring safety and preventing movement, while minimizing vibrations for comfortable use. Perforations reduce friction and release flour, preventing it from sticking and burning on the pizza’s underside.
