Pasini Meraviglia 300 (10kg)

One of the newest additions from Molino Pasini, this revolutionary flour was developed specifically for developing products that, at the same time, offer a strong crunch and a well-developed 'cornicione'.

This is the "Medium" strength version of this flour, with a W of around 300. It is suitable for direct,medium and long leavening or indirect doughsand for hydration up to 80%.
