Crispiest crust ever!
I had never heard of this brand and wasn't sure if this flour would work out or not. Boy- was I surprised. This flour produced the crispiest crust I've ever made. I'm so glad I tried it and I will definitely buy this again. Thank you Brick Oven Baker for making me learn about this product!!
