They are the tomatoes of choice for many well-known pizza chefs around Napoli and worldwide.These San Marzano tomatoes are preserved in San Marzano DOP Tomato Puree that’s been partially evaporated, giving the tomtoes additional flavor. These pulpy tomatoes are ready to be hand-crushed to make traditional neapolitan pizza sauce, or can be mixed with any ingredient to create your own unique one.
