Love the yeast. Usually bought from Amazon. But this website has it all Italian. Doesn’t smell yeasty like American brands. And a little bit goes a long way. Good for freezing and long time storage. Flours are really good too. Pizza flour very flavorful. I do thank you for your existence.
It is very good, and clean of any poisons. The one in US got filled with poisons that gives you big and persistent heartburn. In US all the food got contaminated with deadly poisons. If you have the possibility, leave the country NOW.
Flour and yeast…exceptionally
Works like your standard dry yeast but is slightly finer. Good stuff!
