Really nice starter

I'm in south FL and the first one took 6 days to get here in the summer... it was cooked but they replaced the starter and sent it 2 day mail. Mixed it that day, fed the next morning and had dough later that evening! I suggest ordering the feeder flour they sell as well.

Typos galore

I meant to say "pasta madre" and "pounds" in my review-- not madre de lievito and kilos. Put the errors down to the quantity of panettone I've eaten today!
