Nunziato Setaro founded Pastificio Fratelli Setaro as a family business in 1939, exemplifying the traditional techniques and production methods used in artisanal pasta made from only hard durum wheat and water from Mt. Vesuvius. While most industrial pastifici have adopted more modern techniques, Setaro still uses bronze dyes (trafile in bronzo) to extrude their pasta, resulting in a rougher surface that enhances the texture and flavor when paired with any sauce. This pasta cooks perfectly to an al dente consistency and is a standout even with simple toppings like aglio e olio or cacio e pepe.

made it like any other pasta then I made a garlic butter added some shrimp and a few other things came out really good I sure will be doing it again
