It's a bit pricey, but I love using it for pizza, and I mix half caputo and half of gf blends for bread

Caputo has literally changed my life. Store bought items are not any good and baking with other GF fours were a disappointment to say the least. My husband who does not have celiac prefers my breads, focaccia, pizza etc. made with Caputo over the gluten versions. I tell everyone about Caputo!!!
