Yellow 'Piennolo' tomatoes pacchetella

These yellow piennolo tomatoes are grown at the feet of the Vesuvio volcano, in nutrient-rich soil in what's called "the valley of the giant". They are hand-picked by the local community, and immediately preserved. These tomatoes are perfect for making next-level pizza sauce, and are divine spread on bruschetta or cooked into a pasta sauce.
