UNIQUA FLOUR BLUE

I bought this flour a little bit back in the year and I finally used it Friday to make pizza dough for Sunday. This flour l blended with 2 other types of flour but I could really taste a difference by just adding this flour. I really liked the way it performed I will definitely buy again.

Excited

I am gluten intolerant but recently started making sourdough bread with no issues. I contacted customer service and they suggested the uniqua blue for sourdough and longer fermentations. I’ve made two loaves so far and they came out beautifully! I’m also feeding my sourdough starter with the uniqua and it’s growing like gangbusters! Next will be sourdough pizza crust. I’m happy I can get this high quality flour for a good price!
