I wish there were big bags
I have been making Napoletan pizza crust for awhile, trying to perfect my game. I have "the" recipe but tried it with this flour instead of the blue or purple of another brand. My husband said this was THE BEST pizza I've made. He absolutely loved the crust. The dough resisted me a bit when shaping even though I did a 3-day rise but I can't argue with the results. Glad I bought two packs of this flour because it will definitely be my go-to for pizza.
