Caputo Cher’s Flour Tipo007 used for SOURDOUGH bread, the fine consistency and the bread turned out beautiful! Nice rise and the crumb was spot on.
Love this flour it doesn't effect my wife's gluten allergy. We are going to continue using this product and will discontinue using US made flour..
