This flour makes delicious healthy bread! I am grateful my family is no longer getting the chemicals so prevalent in other flour brands. Thank you for putting the health of consumers over profit. Gluten free no more

Been gluten free for years. Tried Caputo Chef's flour. Already gone through almost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks with none of the gluten intolerance symptoms I've had for years. Thank you!
