It’s all true.

Hopefully you already know that this is the best flour ever, but my review is more for my experience with ordering from this company. I have been very happy with all aspects of placing orders with them. There is no one else I would rather purchase from, every order is reasonable, and ships out very quickly - you could not ask for more. I also really appreciate the opportunity to support a small family business. So, not only is this flour a winner (my first order here was the first time we tried it), but this company is too, thank you.

This flour has impressed me so far, as far as making sourdough bread. My next project will be making pasta.
