Excellent Choice

If you are not allergic to wheat, but gluten free, this is the best flour to use. It acts just like the flour with gluten, and no one can tell what you make is gluten free. It is expensive, but if gluten free it is worth it. Delivery is fast and customer service it very helpful. Highly recommend
