Q: How many 12" Neapolitan pizza I can make with a 55 lb bag of flour?
We can try to take a stab at it, making a few assumptions about a few variables.
It really depends upon the moisture content of the dough and the thickness you desire.
In our experience, a 12 inch pizza dough would be about 10 oz., of which. if you were using a formula that had 60% water, this would require approximately 6 1/4 ounces of flour. In this case a 55 lb bag would yield about 140 pizzas.

It comes in it's original packaging. We purchase Caputo Pizzeria flour in the 55 lb bags and we sell it to you as we get it. Only the 12 and 20 lb boxes of this flour are repackaged. If it's important for you to get the Caputo Pizzeria in it's original packaging, then this 55 lb bag is your only option.
