This is a commercial-grade baguette pan. The non-stick, perforated baking surface is curved so that it has five spots so that you can bake five loaves at once.
It has an extra-sturdy aluminum frame which gives it plenty of stability and also a good grip when you want to take it out of the oven. The frame has rounded corners.
Important Note: This pan may not fit in your standard home oven. It's about 24 x 16 x 1 5/8 inches so be sure that you measure your oven to make sure you can get it in and out and that it will fit in there with the door closed. This pan was built primarily for commercial use, hence the larger size.
