please can you tell me what is the difference between the Red and Blue bag "00" flour you sell? I just got from you 4 kilo bags of the red and 2 cans tomatoes. But I want to get more flour to have on hand but I am confused as to the Blue VS Red bag? Also what is used for "general Purpose" IE Cake and Cookies?

Yes we will ship internationally. It's not currently an available option during checkout because with international size restrictions and tighter limits on what constitutes an oversized package, we have to give you a shipping quote by hand.

Some of our longer oven tools push the packaging up to 60" in length.

Drop us an email at info@brickovenbaker.com with the items that you're interested in and we'll help you out and quote shipping costs to you.
