You'd also have to make sure that we have somebody available at the time that you want to pick it up, as we don't have a store front, and we work somewhat irregular hours (because we can). What I found there was a very nice man who was busily shipping out his products, and who took the time to answer my tedious questions regarding pizza dough. He allowed me to show up at his house(I coulda been a "cereal killer!) to pick up my flour. I was impressed by his patience, and I look forward to starting my experimenting with MY perfect pizza dough. Hope this helps with your comfort level.
