BrickOvenBaker.com has been in existence since the Spring of 2009. Prior to that we primarily sold products on eBay.

We are a family-operated business that enjoys its share of pizza, bread and pasta, despite doctors warnings to cut our carbohydrate intakes.

Contacting Us

Email us at info@brickovenbaker.com if you have any questions or comments about our products, domestic or international shipping options, special orders, or if you have a problem with an order that you recently placed.

Email is the preferred way to contact us, but if you want to call us on the phone, call 888.379.1354 (toll free). If we don’t answer, please leave a message. We may be in our stock room packing orders, talking to the UPS drivers, taking a siesta, or going to our kids soccer games or school events. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Order Confirmations

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of the order. So be sure you provide an accurate email address. If you don’t see the order confirmation, check your SPAM filter or junk email folder. If you can, put our email address on your trusted list so that you won’t miss our emails.

Shipping

We do our best to ship your orders promptly and to maintain all items in stock. But as a small, growing company, understand that there will be times when an item may be on back-order. When this happens, we will contact you to let you know if there will be a delay and you can choose whether you want to cancel the item or leave it on back-order so that we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping time once it is given to the carrier will be 1-4 days for most shipments in the US.

When the items ships, you should receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see this, be sure to check your SPAM/junk mail folder again. If you still don’t have this within a few business days of placing your order, email us at info@brickovenbaker.com to inquire about the shipment and please provide an order number and full name to assist us in looking up the order.

International Shipping and Other Special Shipping Needs

Due to the size of many of our items (like pizza peels with long handles), the packaging required results in an over-sized shipment which exceeds postal limits for international shipping. Some things we just can’t ship. Email us and we’ll do our best to determine if we can ship the items to you and give you a shipping estimate. We’ve shipped to Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, and Canada on many occasions.

If you need something FAST and you’re in the US, we can try to expedite your order and give you a quote on expedited shipping if necessary, or at least assure you that we can get your items to you using our standard shipping in time. Let us know.

Well, I dont know if this helps , but I live close enough to the folks who run this site, and they allowed me to come get my flour. What I found there was a very nice man who was busily shipping out his products, and who took the time to answer my tedious questions regarding pizza dough. He allowed me to show up at his house(I coulda been a “cereal killer!) to pick up my flour. I was impressed by his patience, and I look forward to starting my experimenting with MY perfect pizza dough. Hope this helps with your comfort level.

Can you please tell what the shipping cost for 55lbs of OO pizza flour would be to our restaurant in Sandisfield MA,01255.And are you close enough that we could pick up an order?

The cost of that would be $26.31. I know that CT and MA are neighbors, bit it’s a 60 mile drive each way. Bethany is in southern CT outside of New Haven. So it’s really up to you if you want to spend about about 2.5 hours round trip, and a half-tank of gas to pick up the flour, or let UPS* do the driving and the lifting and moving. So consider the costs and what UPS might be saving for you.

You’d also have to make sure that we have somebody available at the time that you want to pick it up, as we don’t have a store front, and we work somewhat irregular hours (because we can). So email us at info@brickovenbaker.com if you want to arrange a pick up.

* We use carriers other than UPS at times (FedEx or USPS) depending on the order and pickup schedule.
